Cookies Dark Chocolate Speculoos Newtree

Preparation and cooking time: 25 min – for 6 people
Ingredients:
- 1 tablet of Newtree Dark Chocolate Speculoos 80g
- 150g of crushed Speculoos
- 115g butter
- 80g brown sugar
- 80g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 325g flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation:
- Let the butter soften at room temperature. In a bowl, mix it with the sugar.
- Add the egg.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and Newtree Speculoos chocolate cut into pieces. Mix well.
- Crumble the speculoos and add them to the mixture.
- Butter an ovenproof tray or line it with a silicone sheet. Using two tablespoons or simply your hands, form dough into small balls, spacing them out as they will spread when baked.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove as soon as the edges start to brown.
