Newtree Chocolate Lavender Vanilla Cake

Preparation and cooking time: 50min – for 8 people
Ingredients:
- 1 Newtree Chocolate Lavender bar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 220g spelt flour
- 150g of coconut sugar
- 240ml almond milk or oat milk
- 80ml olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Edible lavender flowers for decoration
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Start by blending together all the dry ingredients.
- Then add the almond or oat milk, vanilla, coconut or olive oil and cider vinegar.
- Mix well until you obtain a fluid consistency.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 175°C. Check the cooking by putting a knife in the cake from time to time, the knife must come out without any trace!
- While the cake is cooling, prepare the topping. Melt the Newtree Chocolate Lavender bar with the olive oil in a double boiler.
- Cover the cake with the chocolate coulis.
- Sprinkle lavender flowers to decorate the cake.
