Creation of Chocolatree

We are very proud and excited to announce the formation of the Public Limited Company (Société Anonyme) Chocolatree. This subsidiary, Chocolatree or Chocola3 for short, will fulfill the following mission, both in Belgium and internationally, on its own account or on behalf of or with the participation of third parties:

the operation, under its own brand or through a franchise or licence, of any snack bar, specialist grocery, fast-food outlet, cafeteria, sandwich shop, tea room, coffee shop or chocolate bar, convenience food or snack outlet, any service, caterer and/or one or more restaurants, as well as home delivery and mobile sales, in particular the production and sale on site and to take away of all food products or others, and the sale of any drink with or without alcohol (in particular (special) beers, wines, fizzy drinks, etc.);
