While chocolate is a distinctive and complex flavor on its own, pairing it with other foods and drinks creates an entirely unique tasting experience. Here, we've listed our favorite ways to enjoy the flavors of NEWTREE.

SWEET AND SAVORY HORS D'OEUVRES
Top a toasted slice of baguette with a little bit of olive oil, a slice of brie cheese and a sliver of RENEW, dark chocolate with blackcurrant.

It may seem counterintuitive, but tasting extra virgin olive oil with dark chocolate can enhance the flavor of both. Sip the olive oil, it will cleanse your palate, then nibble a piece of PLEASURE, pure 73% dark chocolate.

CHOCOLATE TREATES WITH A TWIST
Drop a piece of REFRESH, dark chocolate with mint, into a mug and pour rich, hot milk over it. Stir. Top with whipped cream and REFRESH shavings for the ultimate hot cocoa.

Top a square of graham cracker with a freshly toasted marshmallow, a piece of REJOICE, milk chocolate with bitter orange, and drizzle with orange liqueur for a grown-up s'more.

Use a double boiler to melt down BLUSH, dark chocolate with cherry, and drizzle over scoops of ice cream. Top with whipped cream and shaved BLUSH for an indulgent ice cream sundae.

Use a double boiler to melt CRAVE, milk chocolate with apricot, into a rich sauce. Cut up pieces of banana, angel food cake and vanilla cookies. Use skewers to dip the fruit and baked goodies into the sauce for a unique fondue.
